The Technological-Educational Journal Docentes 2.0 (RTED) publishes its editorial activity here, calculated automatically from the records of its editorial management platform, Open Journal Systems (OJS). Each column gathers the manuscripts received in one year and shows what happened to them.

Data as of October 12, 2026. Source: the journal's own OJS records.

  • 2025: provisional figures (prov.); of the submissions received that year, 2 are still awaiting a decision.
  • 2026: year in progress. Only counts are shown; rates and times will be published when the year closes.
  • Total: closed years only (2020 to 2025), for counts, rates and days. The year in progress is not included.
  • Percentages are rounded to one decimal place and may not add up to exactly 100.

Articles published per year

Number of articles by the year in which they were published, since 2013. For the years before 2020 the platform does not keep rejected submissions, so their rates cannot be calculated.

Method

All figures in the first table are grouped by the year in which the journal received the manuscript (submission cohort), not by the year in which the decision was made. An article received in December and accepted in March therefore counts in the year it was received.

The acceptance rate is the number of accepted submissions divided by the submissions that already have a decision (accepted plus rejected) among those received that year. Submissions still under evaluation are left out of the calculation. The rejection rate is its complement and is broken down into rejections before peer review (desk rejection) and after it. This is the same definition that OJS applies to its acceptance and rejection rates.

A submission counts as accepted when it has an editorial acceptance decision and was not rejected afterwards; as rejected, when its final status is rejected; and as published, when it has already appeared in an issue of the journal. Submissions that the author did not finish registering are not counted.

Days are counted from the submission date to the first editorial decision, to acceptance or to rejection. The figure is the time within which 80% of that year's submissions were resolved, which is the criterion used by OJS.

While a year still has submissions under evaluation, its rate is shown as provisional, together with how many are awaiting a decision. The figures are recalculated automatically after each issue is published and after each year closes; the date shown above states the day they refer to.

The sidebar summary shows the most recent closed year in which no more than 5% of the submissions received are still under evaluation; if any are awaiting a decision, its figures are marked as provisional.
