Abstract
The decade of the 90s was the beginning of the transformation of the human race, since new technologies burst with great force into life until it was completely dependent on it. Before the 90s, technology had not advanced by leaps and bounds, but today they continue to evolve to simplify life. But these have contributed to the development of education or not. Some will say that ICT came to simplify the lives of students and open a range of possibilities for their education, others assume that they undermine the quality of them.
