Post-Publication Discussions and Corrections
The Technological-Educational Journal Docentes 2.0 (TEDJ)adheres to the policies established by COPE. This procedure applies to complaints related to content, procedures, or policies for that the TEDJ editorial team is responsible. Complaints can provide an opportunity and encouragement to improve, so our goal is to respond quickly, courteously, and constructively. The procedure described below is intended to be fair to those who make complaints and those who report them.
Complaints should be sent directly by email to [email protected] and will be treated confidentially.
A complaints team coordinates complaints at TEDJ, with individual complaints handled by the most relevant staff member, with the option to escalate if they cannot be resolved.
Within five business days, all complaints will be formally acknowledged. If possible, a complete response will be sent within two weeks. If this is not possible, a two-week interim response will be provided. Until the complaint is addressed, additional interim replies may be obtained.
