Ruth Mujica, Ed.D., is Venezuelan and resides in the United States. She studied Industrial Engineering and Systems Engineering, with a Master's degree in University Teaching, a Master's degree in Software Engineering, a Specialization in University Teaching, a PhD in Educational Technology, and a Postdoctoral degree in Science, all with Honors. She is the Founder and President of Grupo Docentes 2.0 C.A., as well as President/Editor-in-Chief of the Technological-Educational Journal Docentes 2.0. Her editorial work is carried out in coordination with an Associate Editor/Co-Editor from a different institution, who actively participates in the final decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of articles to ensure editorial independence and avoid any conflicts of interest, especially when the Editor-in-Chief is listed as the author. She has over 15 years of experience in the technological and educational field, serving as a thesis supervisor, methodological advisor, expert jury member, educational coach, editor, and co-editor of indexed journals, speaker, and author of books and scientific articles. She has been a Microsoft Certified Innovative Educator (MIE) since 2015 and is a National Ambassador of Venezuela by ReviewerCredits. She has received multiple national and international awards, with over 2,500 published technological and educational articles, 69 publications in indexed journals, five self-authored books, and has peer-reviewed over 500 scientific articles. |

Iris Jiménez, PhD., is a Systems Engineer with a PhD in Science and Technology Management and a second PhD in Humanities. She holds a Master's degree in Educational Informatics and a solid track record as a full-time professor at the University of La Guajira, affiliated with the Faculty of Basic and Applied Sciences. At the Technological-Educational Journal Docentes 2.0, she serves as External Co-Editor, actively participating in final decisions on the acceptance or rejection of articles and independently managing manuscripts in which the President/Editor-in-Chief may have a conflict of interest or is listed as an author, thus ensuring editorial independence and transparency of the peer review process. She is an active member of the BIEMARC research group (category A at Colciencias) and a Senior Researcher according to the SNCTel call. She has served as a national and international peer reviewer for the Colombian Ministry of National Education (PhD), an international speaker, a graduate thesis advisor, and president of the International Congress on Education, Technology, and Science (CIETyC). She has numerous publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals, as well as books and book chapters. |

Nora Panza de Ferrer has a Bachelor’s degree in Education, with a specialization in Learning Difficulties, and a Magister Scientiarum in Higher Education. She earned two Doctorates, one in Education Sciences and another in Management, as well as two Postdoctoral degrees: the first in Advanced Management and the second in Education for Peace. In addition, she holds an Expert Master’s in e-Learning and a Diploma in Higher Education for Virtual and Distance Learning Environments. In Technological-Educational Journal Docentes 2.0, she serves as a member of the Editorial Committee, contributing to the review of editorial policies, the evaluation of scientific articles, and the thematic orientation of the journal. Her academic experience includes teaching, research, supervision of Master’s and Doctoral theses, reviewing scientific articles, and designing academic training programs. Douglas Barráez has a Mechanical Maintenance Engineering degree from Fermín Toro University (UFT). He earned a PhD in Education Sciences, a Master’s in e-Learning Processes (CIU), a Master’s in Leadership and Management in Education, and a Master’s in Distance Education. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Military Science and Arts, a Postdoctoral degree in Education (UFT), and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Advanced Management. He has completed international training programs in defense, management, and aeronautical maintenance, as well as in aircraft accident investigation, quality control, operational audits, high-level management, and industrial maintenance administration. He is a World Instructor in e-Learning Processes (FATLA) and holds a Diploma in Interactive Distance Education. In Technological-Educational Journal Docentes 2.0, he serves as a member of the Editorial Committee, contributing to the evaluation of scientific articles, the review of editorial policies, and advising on the journal’s thematic orientation. Marifel Anzalone is a Medical Doctor and Telecommunications Engineer, holding Diplomas in Health Services Management and Competency-Based Education. She has a specialization in Phoniatrics, a Master’s in University Teaching, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Technology. In Technological-Educational Journal Docentes 2.0, she serves as a member of the Editorial Committee, contributing to the review of scientific articles, advising on editorial policies, and supporting the journal’s thematic orientation. Her professional background includes work as a primary care physician and coordinator of the Type II “El Caliche” rural clinic, postgraduate resident in Phoniatrics, medical specialist, faculty member at the CIPSSV (Center for Psychological, Psychiatric, and Sexological Research of Venezuela), and founder/director of the Razetti Phoniatrics and Audiology Unit. She is a member of the Curriculum Committee of the School of Speech Therapy at the University of Talca, Chile, where she also serves as faculty. |

Miguel Ángel Millán, Postdoctoral degree in Sciences at the Universidad Centro Panamericano de Estudios Profesionales. He holds a Ph.D. in Administration with academic excellence from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores, a Master’s in Business Administration with Honors from the Universidad Interamericana para el Desarrollo, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Public Administration from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México. He is an expert in public administration management with 25 years of experience in the public sector. Rafaela Solís Muñoz has a degree in History (2003) from the Faculty of History of the Michoacan University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo. An institution in which she obtained her Master's degree in 2007 and her Doctorate in History in 2014, both as a CONACYT fellow. During her undergraduate studies, she made two research stays at the National Library of Cuba and the Library of the University of Havana, where she studied American history (2001 and 2002). Later, during her master's studies, she obtained the Santander Universia mobility grant for a research stay at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She has participated as an assistant and speaker in numerous national and international congresses on political history, intellectuals, Ideas, and Culture. Her expertise is in Latin American thought, education, science, and culture. She has published the article: “José Antonio and her abolitionist thought” in the Cuban-Mexican magazine Chacmool (2004) and “The United States as seen by four Latin American intellectuals, 1831-1856” in the magazine Ciencia y Multidisciplinary. She has published the book: The war in Mexico and the United States as seen by Hispano-American intellectuals (2017), and the United States in the travel diaries of four Hispano-American scholars of the 19th century, and several book chapters; he has other texts in the press in the format of scientific articles. She has collaborated with the Universidad Centro Panamericano de Estudios Superiores (UNICEPES) to develop and coordinate the postdoctoral program and its Academic Secretary. He has coordinated national and international academic events. She is an active member of the Association of Latin American and Caribbean Historians (ADHILAC). She is the Technical Secretariat of the Network of Ibero-American Experts in Teaching, Research, and Development. He completed a two-year postdoctoral stay in the Center for Historical Studies of the Colegio de Michoacán. She is the director of the magazine La Red de Expertos Iberoamericana en Tecnología, Investigación y Desarrollo A. C. In 2018, she completed the Diploma in Professional Correction of Style and Editorial Consulting.
