Abstract
The purpose of this research is to propose a Training Plan for ICT tools and resources for teachers in the Municipality of González. The methodology to be used is of a qualitative type under the feasible project modality, supported by transectional and field research. The population to be studied is 4.0 teachers from the Municipality of González, located in the department of Cesar, Colombia, the sample was selected under a population census, and it will be applied as a technique and instrument of data collection, a survey and its respective Open questionnaire.
