Abstract

Over the years, the University becomes a matter of State, based on its principles of equality and freedom, who will have great intervention within it, using it as a space for philosophical and scientific debates. In this way, the State promotes projects to guarantee access to the higher education sector, functioning as an Educational State. From the political reforms of 1994, laws are created that accompany the institutions of higher education in autonomy, income systems, personnel selection and evaluation, as well as decentralization and privatization. The Argentine higher education system has the purpose of scientific, professional, humanistic and technical training. Universities and university institutes are included among higher education institutes.
