The journal exhibited cultural production in the educational field from 2013-2018 and scientific content starting in 2018, in which each submitted article is peer-reviewed using the double-blind method. Its publication is biannual (May-November), managed and published by the Grupo Docentes 2.0, C.A.

RTED aims to raise the profile of technological, educational, and scientific research at an international level, supporting authors in the projection of their works, which promotes good practices and contributes to the development of new policies. The published articles meet a selection criteria that includes originality, relevance, multidisciplinary interest, timeliness, accessibility, distinction, and study conclusions. RTED publishes articles in the fields of social sciences, education, and technology.

The purpose of this journal is to make research freely available, with immediate open access to its content for the public, which guarantees a global exchange of knowledge. In accordance with the open access model and following the Gold Route, established in the Budapest Declaration during the World Conference on Science for the Twenty-First Century (UNESCO-ICSU, 1999), RTED implements a scheme based on the APC to cover the operational costs associated with publication. Those interested in publishing in RTED must make their submissions exclusively through our OJS platform.

⚠️ Important: Research works and scientific contributions must be original and unpublished, and address highly relevant topics in social sciences, education, and technology.
